Strict Quality Control
We inspect raw materials strictly in accordance with the requirements of the industry EN60974, and fully follow the standards of RoHS2.0 and CQC to use testing equipment such as alloy analyzers and electronic tensile testing to ensure that all materials we put into production meet the required tension, wear resistance and metal element quality.
Production Line Qualification and Validation
All our employees are ISO9015 compliant as we conduct regular personal training. Our workshop uses the latest production equipment such as ABB, Walking heart locomotive lathes, etc., so there is no need to worry about the quality of the products. For some customers who have customized requirements, we will also strictly compare the design drawings to inspect the products many times, and the operation control is strictly controlled according to the SOP procedure.
Product Inspection
All plasma torches are tested by arc ignition to ensure working condition. Both MIG and TIG passed ventilation and water flow tests. We also do a final inspection of the packaging and labels before shipping to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. All product quality control currently follows the ISO 9001 standard and we are still working hard to improve our products in every possible way.
